By accessing or using DataPeel ("the Service"), operated by Avantrix Intelligence, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
DataPeel is a document processing platform that uses AI to extract structured data from invoices, receipts, purchase orders, and other financial documents, and pushes that data to connected third-party services such as QuickBooks, Google Sheets, and Google Drive.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep it up to date.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to enter into this agreement on behalf of yourself or your organization.

The Service operates on a credit-based model. Credits are deducted per page processed. Pricing is displayed in the app before purchase.
Credits are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. Unused credits do not expire.
Payments are processed by Stripe. By purchasing credits you agree to Stripe's terms of service.
You retain ownership of all documents and data you upload to DataPeel. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process it solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
We do not use your documents or extracted data to train AI models or for any purpose beyond delivering the features you configure.
DataPeel connects to third-party services (QuickBooks, Google, etc.) on your behalf using credentials you provide. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or actions of those third-party services. Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that AI-extracted data will be accurate. You are responsible for verifying extracted data before acting on it.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Avantrix Intelligence shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including errors in AI-extracted data, loss of data, or integration failures. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.
